GRAND AWARD WINNERS
ANNOUNCED
-- MICROSOFT TAKES BEST OF SHOW -- NEW YORK, NY- December 19, 2008 - The winners of the 8th Annual International iNOVA 2008 Awards Competition honoring excellence in corporate websites were announced today.
Over two hundred entries were received from 10 countries. "This prize endorses all the hard work put into a site's creation and development," said the competition's founder, Reni Witt. "Winning an iNOVA Award is a tribute to the creative team which does outstanding work." Entries were received from Austria, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
JWT INSIDE, (New York City), took the top honor for their Recruitment Website. The site is built entirely in Flash, designed as a haven of videos, blogs, resources, and information. The judges praised the site as "absolutely terrific - well designed, content-rich and very effective." |

Preliminary judging was carried out by over 40 web developers, designers, site builders, and interactive media specialists. The iNOVA Award symbolizes the energy of numerous disciplines that inspire corporate website excellence. The mission of the iNOVA Awards is to recognize and promote achievement in creative web design, originality of content, and functional performance. |
